Canadian Waterfowl Supplies Refund Policy
Canadian Waterfowl Supplies wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products that you receive from us.
All products are new and covered with full manufacturers warranties. Some product manufacturers require direct shipment back to the manufacturer but we will also be in contact with the supplier regarding your claim or issue in order to ensure your satisfaction. If you have an issue with the product please follow these steps:
1) Contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your product. Information you will need to process your claim includes:

2) If your claim involves defective merchandise, or a manufacturers warranty issue, a return authorization number (RAN#) will be issued to you in regards to your claim. Please use this number in any future communications regarding your issue. At this time, we will indicate whether the product must be returned to us, or directly to the manufacturer. Shipping charges that you incurred to have your order sent to you are refundable on manufacturing defects and will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of returned product.
3) Should your claim involve shipping damage, we will work with you and the shipping service to resolve the damage issue.
4) Return the product within 15 days of the receipt of your RAN# and include a copy of your invoice or receipt. Canadian Waterfowl Supplies will not reimburse you for return shipping costs of the product and your product must be returned in the original box as well as in the original condition that you received it. Items returned not in original condition or packaging can be refused or subject to restocking fee. C.O.D. return shipments will not be accepted by Canadian Waterfowl Supplies.
All claims, whether they relate to defective merchandise, exchange request, warranty claim, or shipping damage must be handled in the same steps as noted above. All product returned to Canadian Waterfowl Supplies or our manufacturers will be examined for validity of claim. All custom order items, mud motors, boat blinds, and boats are non refundable sales unless there are manufacturing defects with the product. All clothing and footwear must have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging to exchange sizes. Duck Calls and Goose Calls are non returnable items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days of return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the manufacturing process.

Canadian Waterfowl Supplies will not accept C.O.D. return shipments.
