HydroFoam Construction

What makes HEYDAY Decoys truly different is their advanced HydroFoam construction. Made from closed-cell EVA resin—the same lightweight, durable material used in Crocs™ footwear—HydroFoam will not absorb water or sink.

Compared to traditional plastic decoys, HEYDAY Decoys are lighter, quieter, and exceptionally durable, making them easier to carry, deploy, and pack up at the end of the hunt.

HollowCore Body

Because HydroFoam naturally floats and is highly durable, HEYDAY is able to hollow out the body of each decoy to further reduce weight. The result is an incredibly lightweight decoy that remains strong enough to handle season after season of hard hunting.

SmoothMove Dual-Keel

The lightweight body and rounded SmoothMove Dual-Keel work together to create incredibly natural motion on the water. Unlike traditional single-keel decoys, the dual-keel design allows the decoy to respond to even the slightest breeze or current while helping it track straight across the water.

The result is smooth, realistic movement without the unnatural side-to-side darting often associated with single-keel decoys. More natural motion means a more convincing spread when birds are overhead.

Fool 'Em Finish

HydroFoam construction allows for realistic, dimensional detail that simply isn't possible with conventional plastic decoys. Carved-in texture creates natural shadowing and depth for a more lifelike appearance from every angle.

Each HEYDAY Decoy is finished with photorealistic paint patterns inspired by aerial images of real ducks. Combined with the detailed surface texture, the Fool 'Em Finish delivers exceptional realism where it matters most.

SitRight Deployment

HEYDAY's symmetrical dual-keel hull allows each decoy to sit naturally and upright on hard surfaces, including riverbanks, fields, ice, and sand. As water levels drop or conditions change, the decoy maintains a natural position without the lean commonly associated with single-keel designs.

Easy-Attach Eye Bolts

Built-in stainless steel Easy-Attach Eye Bolts make connecting Texas Rig decoy anchors quick and simple. Reinforced for strength and tested to withstand more than 165 lbs., these attachment points are built to handle demanding hunting conditions.

UpRight Weights

Every HEYDAY Decoy includes a pair of UpRight Weights that can be installed in the bottom of the decoy. Positioned low and wide, these weights help the decoy self-right quickly while providing maximum stability in rough water and extreme weather.

Even with the optional weights installed, a HEYDAY Decoy remains lighter than many traditional decoys—giving you the stability you need without adding unnecessary bulk or weight.
